INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPMENT OF REPAIRS OR RETURNS:
- Please fill out and submit the form below to request an RMA number. Your request will be reviewed and we will contact you ASAP with your specific RMA number.
- Please clearly write your issued RMA number on the outside of the carton or within the reference area on the shipping label.
- TELEFUNKEN is not responsible for items sent for repair without obtaining an RMA number prior to shipment.
- POWER SUPPLY AND CABLE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ALL TUBE MICROPHONE REPAIRS
- Please take care to securely package all items for shipment

All customers are responsible for shipping products to TELEFUNKEN for repair.
Non-warranty repair customers are also required to pay for return shipping.
