The FAIRCHILD 670 is a highly coveted vacuum tube compressor/limiter, now faithfully recreated to offer modern producers and audio engineers the classic sound of the original hardware. Unlike other 670 replicas, this new FAIRCHILD 670 stays true to the original design. It features the same tubes and custom-wound transformers, meticulously crafted to the original specifications. With its point-to-point soldering and turret-style construction, this is the only authentic recreation of the original 670, built and designed by Rein Narma at the request of Les Paul.
