INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPMENT OF REPAIRS:

  • Please fill out and submit the form below to request an RMA number. Your request will be reviewed and we will contact you ASAP with your specific RMA number.
  • Please clearly write your issued RMA number on the outside of the carton or within the reference area on the shipping label.
    • TELEFUNKEN is not responsible for items sent for repair without obtaining an RMA number prior to shipment.
  • POWER SUPPLY AND CABLE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ALL TUBE MICROPHONE REPAIRS
  • Please take care to securely package all items for shipment
